Respect Individuality
“We deserve and demand respect for our time, privacy, email, mailbox and any other form of communication we may choose to use as individual customers!” - David Vaters, CEO and President of CREDITZ®.
Upholding your right to privacy & our commitment to protect it. At CEO, we’ve worked hard to develop systems that allow you to participate in our system with the knowledge that any information you provide is safe and secure. CEO is committed to maintaining the strongest privacy policies of any corporation or institution worldwide. We also are committed to work with you to insure that corporations, institutions and even law makers clearly understand the concerns about what we as consumers of products and services feel is not appropriate usage of our information. We deserve and demand upholding our right to determine what information we receive, when we receive it and from whom we receive it.
CREDITZ® Privacy Commitment
CEO will NOT sell, rent, share, or trade any identifiable personal information (such as your name, address, phone/fax/wireless numbers or email addresses) to any parties including licensed CREDITZ® merchants.
Some services providers that we employ will have limited information in order to deliver our services to you. Federal Law and this Privacy Commitment also bind these service companies.
When I sign up for a CREDITZ® Account Number, what kind of information does CEO collect and how do they use it?
Your name, address and contact information is used to maintain and administer your CREDITZ® Account.
For security purposes, we may ask for additional personal information, such as your mother’s maiden name. This information ensures that only you will be able to access your account.
From time to time, we offer you XtraCREDITZ® to complete optional questionnaires. By combining questionnaire information with your purchase information, you can tailor the CREDITZ® System to meet your individual preferences. Of course, you may still participate in the CREDITZ® System without completing any questionnaire.
Your personalized communications will gradually become more and more relevant to meet your needs and interests. Four times a year you will receive a statement and a personalized newsletter with relevant offers from Merchants. You will receive one email weekly, which will contain up-to-date information, your account balance, and relevant offers designed especially for you! Our advanced technology allows you to access personalized interaction with companies without sacrificing your privacy. The more preference information you hold in the system, the better the communications will reflect your interests and choices. As consumers, we don’t appreciate junk mail or unwanted emails either!
When you enter your Account Number on our Web site, we use the information to personalize your online experience. To respect your privacy, we do not use “cookies” to track your use of our site.
How can you control this information?
At any time, you can opt out of receiving any additional information from the CREDITZ® System, other than your quarterly statement. If you do so, you will not receive any extra or special offers. To opt out, please Contact Us and send your request to the Account Holder Services Centre.
You can also view and make changes to the personal information in your files at any time in writing or through our Account Holder Services Centre.
